Pumpkin Pillows

Website where I found the recipe: http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/pumpkin-pillows-127535.aspx

Pumpkin Pillows would be great to serve at Holiday gatherings with family and friends.  This recipe was easy to make as long as you had directions to follow.  The main ingredients in this recipe were: caramel, won ton wrappers, cream cheese, and pumpkin.

I thought the Pumpkin Pillows were really good, after adding the powdered sugar, and the caramel dip.  The caramel dip with the pillows tasted amazing.  I wasn't really sure about the won ton wrappers, but they tasted really good in the end.

I liked that you could taste the pumpkin and the cream cheese at the same time.  I disliked how sticky the won ton wrappers were after they were left in the fridge.  I liked that after having the won ton wrappers in the fridge they stuck together a lot better, which made them easier to cook.  I didn't like that some of the pillows popped when we were cooking them.  I liked how the finished project tasted as good as the recipe said it would.

I would serve Pumpkin Pillows at Thanksgiving and Christmas, when my family likes to have Pumpkin Pie.  I would serve the Pumpkin Pillows instead of the pie.  If you don't like caramel, you could create your own sauce to dip them in.  I think milk would taste great with this dessert.

One change I would make is that once you have the pumpkin, and cream cheese mixture on the won ton wrapper, you brush eggs whites on the edges of the won ton wrapper, then fold them and put them in the fridge.  After being in the fridge overnight, take them out and brush the outside of them with egg whites, there is a smaller chance that they will explode.
